OSR begins with us. Taking care of our team is our first responsibility. We take care of our team through competitive compensation and benefits that challenge the norm. Introduction of our 4 day 40 hour work week has been our most recent initiative while continuing to increase everyone’s base pay, for the purpose of what we call R&ID (rest and individual development). We believe that rest increases performance but also creates time for individuals to pursue their personal interests whether it’s reading cook books, exercising, spending time with loved ones, or dining at other restaurants.
Our second responsibility is with our community. Before 2015 when this company was founded, the co-founders were involved in various community service and we still believe in serving others beyond the walls of our restaurant.
